Service Delivery Policy

MySoil sells a digital product. Nothing is physically shipped, so this policy sets out how and when your Soil Health Card actually reaches you.

1. What is delivered

A Soil Health Card for the field you pinned: estimates of the 12 ICAR soil parameters, an ICAR-banded reading for each, and crop-specific fertiliser and organic advisory. It is delivered as a PDF you can download, view on screen and share.

The card is issued in the language selected at the time of the order - Marathi, Hindi or English.

2. How it is delivered

• In the app. The card becomes downloadable in the same session, on the screen where you paid, and stays available under "My reports" for that order.
• By share. The downloaded PDF can be forwarded on WhatsApp or any other channel by you or your dealer.

There is no physical delivery, no courier and no delivery charge. There is nothing to track and no address to supply.

3. How long it takes

Your card is normally ready within a few minutes of a successful payment, and in all cases within 24 hours. Most of that time is the satellite data fetch, which runs automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If a card is not available within 24 hours of payment, treat it as a failed delivery and contact us - see section 5.

4. When delivery cannot be completed

A Soil Health Card is derived from satellite imagery of your field. Occasionally there is no usable imagery in the required window - most often because of persistent cloud cover, or a field that has not been clearly visible recently.

Where that happens, or where generation fails for any technical reason on our side, the order is refunded in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You are never left having paid for a card that was never produced.

5. If your card has not arrived

Contact support@mysoil.info with your Order ID (in the form KG-00019) and the mobile number used for the order. Your dealer can raise it for you. We respond within 2 working days, and either deliver the card or refund it.
