Support for a specific order

If a Soil Health Card has not arrived, or you want a refund, email support@mysoil.info with your Order ID (shown on the payment screen and on the card itself, in the form KG-00019) and the mobile number used for the order. That one identifier lets us find everything else.

Data protection and grievances

What we do

P2V Journey Private Limited provides satellite-based soil analysis reports and agronomic advisory software to farmers and agri-businesses. We do not sell, stock, distribute or trade fertilizers, pesticides, seeds or any other agricultural input.
