MySoil is a product of P2V Journey Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office in Pune, Maharashtra.

What we do

MySoil produces a Soil Health Card for a specific field, from satellite imagery. A farmer marks their field on a map; we analyse the satellite record for that exact location and return a report covering the 12 soil parameters used in the Government of India's Soil Health Card - nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, pH, organic carbon, electrical conductivity, sulphur, zinc, boron, iron, manganese and copper - together with crop-wise advice based on those readings.

The point is that no soil sample has to be dug, carried to a laboratory, or waited on. A farmer who would otherwise never test their soil can get a reading for their own field.

We are a software company. We do not sell, supply, distribute or trade in fertilisers, pesticides, seeds or any other agricultural input, and we take no commission on the sale of any input. Our reports name nutrients and quantities as agronomic advice; what a farmer then buys, and from whom, is entirely their own decision.

What we charge

A Soil Health Card costs Rs. 499 per card, inclusive of GST. There is no subscription and no recurring charge - you pay per card, and the price is shown before you pay. Full detail is on our Pricing page.

Some cards are ordered through a partner organisation or a local dealer rather than by the farmer directly. Where that happens, who pays whom is agreed with that partner in advance; the farmer is never charged twice for one card.

How we know it works

Satellite estimates are only as good as the ground truth they are checked against. We work with Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Narayangaon — an ICAR-affiliated agricultural science centre — which supplies laboratory-tested field samples that we measure our models against. Where a parameter is not reliably recoverable from satellite data for a given field, we would rather say so than publish a confident number.

MySoil won the Government of Maharashtra hackathon and is recognised under Startup India.
